They just want your money. They do little to address problems with troublesome residents. Like those with drug habits, and those that make noise late hours. Upper management will blow off you when you reach out to them about residential issues. We lived at this property since it first started leasing. The company stresses freedom from "evictions" but doesn't do much to boot out the ongoing drug users. We understand the need for housing for those without a home. We all would likely be living in our cars or at least a few with family. It's not the responsibility of US taxpayers to pamper and house people that do drugs and are lazy and capable of working. And those taking advantage of housing and free housing should be held accountable. There's a lack of oversight and not much accountability with these types of low income properties. While we think there's some good stuff about " low income  housing opportunities". There's still things that need to be fixed and improved in the programs here overall.
